Stress is something we all deal with. Some are able to get beyond it quickly and move forward and some of are overwhelmed with it and become stuck.

Stress has been associated with so many physical illnesses that it is impossible to list them all here. Stress not dealt with can also lead to psychological illnesses such as depression, anxiety, phobias, paranoia and others.

Poorly dealt with stress is also very costly for companies. It is estimated the workplace stress costs American companies approximately $300 billion dollars annually.

Stress can cloud the mind and make it difficult to make good decisions which can then lead to additional stress. Stress can cause us to lose focus and concentration which leads to mistakes and accidents.

So for many reasons it is beneficial to deal with stress the moment it appears. For this reason I recommend these stress reduction training programs.

The Progressive Relaxation Program was designed to create a very deep state of relaxation. It is especially helpful for those beginning a relaxation program. Both sides are ideal for biofeedback, stress reduction, creative visualization preparation, health oriented uses, and many other purposes. There is no background music on this program. Side two has a stream in the background. Jon Shore's incredibly soothing voice takes this program beyond any other. This program was initially created for the Johns Hopkins Hospital Biofeedback department.

It is the same classic Progressive Relaxation exercise with ocean waves on a beach added for those who relax well to calm ocean waves. It is especially helpful for those beginning a relaxation program. It is ideal for biofeedback, stress reduction, enlarged prostate meditation, creative visualization preparation, health oriented uses, and many other purposes.
